Are your services suitable for all ages?

Yes, Adults and children AGES 5-18. Before any therapy and if indicated, we perform a brief medical review or telehealth screening to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you.That’s what makes VallaMed different — we don’t do “cookie-cutter treatment.” Every blend, supplement, medication or test recommendation is custom-tailored to your body’s need.

What areas do you serve for home visits or telehealth?

Home visits/Home call: We currently cover most of Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including Boca Raton, Parkland, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale

TeleHealth: FL, RI and MA

What makes our products and services different from other brands?

Where others offer limited online consults and no home calls, VallaMed integrates telehealth, home calls, acute symptoms relief with FDA approved medications, advanced labs, and doorstep care in one streamlined experience.

How soon can I be seen?

Same-day/next-day telemedicine appointments are often available. Home visits are typically scheduled within 6–48 hours time frame pending availability.

What is not suitable for home call/outpatient care with VallaMed?

Severe chest pain, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing

Severe abdominal pain

Sudden confusion or loss of consciousness

Severe allergic reactions (swelling of tongue/lips/throat, anaphylaxis)

Seizures, trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or large area burns

Rapidly worsening infection, high fever, or sepsis risk

Pregnant or breastfeeding

Living with advanced kidney, liver, or heart disease and experiencing an acute event

Uncontrolled high blood pressure

Any other situation deemed unsafe for home or telehealth management

If at any time during your visit — whether adult or pediatric — your provider determines that your condition exceeds the scope of outpatient or home-based care, you will be immediately referred to the nearest Emergency Department or advised to call 911.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, VallaMed operates as a direct-care practice and does not bill insurance. Patients receive itemized receipts that may be submitted to their insurance or HSA/FSA accounts for possible reimbursement.

VallaMed Cancellation, No-Show, & No-Refund Policy

At VallaMed, your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations may be charged a $75 fee; late home visit cancellations will incur a $100 travel fee.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $100 no-show fee.

No Refunds: All lab payments, special IV cocktails and custom prepared services are non-refundable once ordered. Unused credits may be applied toward future visits or transferred as a gift within 6 months.

Emergencies: We understand unexpected events happen — fees may be waived at our discretion.

Pre-existing conditions: VallaMed prioritizes patient safety during all telemedicine and home visits. In certain cases, a patient’s condition may prevent us from safely providing specific treatments such as IV therapy or injections.

Examples include:

Fragile/difficult veins/recently infiltrated by another providers that make IV access unsafe.

Severe heart, kidney, or liver disease that increases risk from fluids or medications.

Unstable chronic conditions or acute illness requiring hospital-level care.

Recent major surgery or uncontrolled infection.

If our provider determines that treatment cannot be safely performed on the day of the visit, you will be advised to seek appropriate follow-up care.
Please note: the base home visit charge will still apply, as time and travel are reserved exclusively for your appointment.

Controlled Medications , Cash and Safety

Providers do not carry or prescribe controlled substances( ex.Oxycodone, Morphine, etc) or cash. Providers are protected by a silent 911 alert system.
