A 12-week telehealth program for women ages 38–60 dealing with brain fog, fatigue, poor sleep, hot flashes, mood shifts, weight gain, or low libido.
Start with one visit: Book a 60-minute consultation for $325. If you decide to enroll in Midlife Reset within seven days, we’ll apply that $325 toward the program cost.
12-week program: regular price $795.
Includes five clinical touchpoints: a full evaluation, a results + treatment planning visit, a quick medication check-in, a treatment optimization visit, and a final wrap-up with a long-term plan. Also includes personalized lab ordering, medication management, and brief secure messaging.
When appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Hormone therapy isn’t guaranteed.
Quick questions can be sent through the secure patient portal, and we typically respond within two business days. New or more complex issues may need an additional visit.
Available to eligible patients located in Florida, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island at the time of care.
Not included: Lab fees, medications, imaging, supplements, specialist visits, unrelated concerns, or urgent/emergency care.
